(HyClone, USA); penicillin and fetal bovine serum (FBS) (Gibco, USA);Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) (Beyotime, China); Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and trypsin (Amresco, USA); Trypan-blue (Hengyuan Biological Technology, China); Paclitaxel standard (Sigma-Aldrich, USA);human breast cancer cell line (MCF-7) (ASTRI Cell Resource Center,China); Single-stranded DNA (Sangon Biotech, China):P1 promoter region of p53 gene (ss1: 5′-CCTCCTCCCCAACTCC-3′, ss2: 3′-GGAGGAGGGGT TGAGG-5′); Alisol A and alisol B (Mansite Biotechnology,China) (structures shown in Fig. 1 [3]); Ethidium bromide (EB)(Macklin, China); Acetonitrile (LC, Merck, USA); Trihydroxymethyl aminomethane (Tris, BIO LINK, USA); Tris and hydrochloric acid (HCl)were used to prepare Tris-HCl buffer (0.50 mol·L−1), pH 7.4; All other chemicals used were of analytical grade and experimental water for ultrapure water.
